Business Description.

	Special One Grain is a wholly owned subsidiary of Walgett Special One Co-operative Ltd which was established in 1987 by a group of local farmers at Walgett. Today, Special One Grain is still 100% owned by growers however the business now accumulates grain from across Eastern Australia. Special One Grain is a significant pool provider for wheat in Australia and has evolved into a major grain trading organisation in the domestic and international market. Special One Grain primarily trades wheat, barley, sorghum, chickpeas and fababeans and exports farmer dressed product in 20' containers. Our focus is on product integrity and maintaining quality by purchasing grain direct from the grower, delivered to packer and directly exported.
